[sparc] remove broken flag

The SPARC qemu target works like a charm with the following qemu command-line:

qemu-system-sparc64 -M sun4u -L /home/florian/dev/qemu/pc-bios -kernel build_dir/linux-sparc/linux-3.6.6/vmlinux -nographic
