[brcm-2.4] fix wlcompat so that the wl module can be unloaded
This patch was created on 8.09.2 but it also applies to Backfire
I found that I couldn't unload the broadcom wl driver, wlcompat didn't correctly release/decrement the device pointer,
This patch cleans that up
I wanted to be able to remove/install the wl driver so that I could get out of monitor mode without rebooting

Allows to use fids 0 to 7. Default is 0.
Those who will use this don't forget to `set vlan fid` every time
after `set vlan ports` if you want non default behavior.

backfire: ar71xx: Configure WNDR3700 switch LED colors properly (backport of r23879)
For WNDR3700, use green for 1Gb/s and amber for 100Mb/s and 10Mb/s on
the four LAN port switch LEDs. The LEDs will be lit to indicate a link
and will blink to indicate activity. This matches the stock firmware
and the description printed on the label on the unit's underside.
